Thank you for choosing our property for your stay. To ensure a comfortable experience for you and to maintain the proper functioning of the space, please follow the guidelines below:

 

🚽 Toilet Use

 

Do not flush anything down the toilet, including paper, wipes, sanitary products, etc.

Please use the bin provided in the bathroom.

 

 

❄️ Air Conditioning

 

Please turn off the air conditioner whenever you leave the house.

This helps conserve energy and protects the equipment from damage.

 

 

♨️ Water Heater

 

Turn off the water heater immediately after use (e.g., after your shower).

Never leave it on while you’re away, for your safety.

 

 

🤫 Quiet Hours

 

Quiet hours in Greece are legally enforced during the following times:

3:00 PM – 5:30 PM and 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (summer schedule).

During these hours:

 

Do not use the swimming pool.

 

Avoid loud conversations or playing music.

 

 

🔔 Please note that observing quiet hours is a legal requirement in Greece.

 

 

🏊 Pool Use

 

The pool is available for use only during daytime and never during quiet hours.

 

Children must always be supervised when near or in the pool.

 

 

🔥 Safety & Responsibility

 

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.

 

Do not leave electrical appliances (e.g., stove, coffee maker) running when you are not at home.

 

If you notice anything broken or unsafe, please contact us immediately.

Please leave the house as you found it.
